A native New Orleanian, Ethan is a working music director and composer/lyricist in New York City and around the country. Ethan’s musical, HeadVoice, was selected and produced at the New York Musical Festival as well at Elon University. Carl Sandburg’s Rootabaga Express!, Ethan’s children musical, is produced every summer at Flat Rock Playhouse and the Carl Sandburg Home National Historic Site. As a music director, Ethan music directed and conducted the Saturday Night Fever national tour, served as the Resident Music Director of Flat Rock Playhouse, the state theater of North Carolina, as well as the Music Director and Conductor of Elon University’s Music Theatre program, one of the top programs in the country.
